We are NOT responsible for any loss of funds due to hacks, exploits, or technical issues
Funds deposited may be lost permanently
NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances
You assume ALL RISKS associated with using this platform
Use at Your Own Risk: By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand the risks and agree to hold the platform harmless for any losses incurred.
4. Smart Contract Risks & No Liability
The Service operates through smart contracts on the blockchain. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Smart Contract Bugs: Code may contain vulnerabilities, errors, or exploitable flaws
Security Risks: Platform may be vulnerable to hacks, exploits, or malicious attacks
Blockchain Risks: Network congestion, chain reorganizations, or other blockchain issues
Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or refunded
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the code is bug-free, secure, or fit for purpose
Audit Status: Smart contracts may not be audited by third-party security firms
Technical Issues: Server downtime, API failures, or other technical problems may prevent access
ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES including but not limited to:
Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
Loss of funds due to hacks, exploits, or security breaches
Loss of funds due to technical issues or platform malfunctions
Loss of funds due to user error or mistakes
Loss of funds for any other reason whatsoever
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS. ONLY DEPOSIT FUNDS YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE COMPLETELY.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
Securing your private keys and wallet credentials
All transactions initiated from your wallet
Verifying all transaction details before confirmation
Understanding how the platform and smart contracts work
Paying all blockchain gas fees
Compliance with your local laws and regulations
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the platform
Create fake accounts or use bots
Reverse engineer or copy the smart contracts
Interfere with the platform's operation
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Fees
The platform charges a 3% fee on profits only:
Fee applies to winnings minus original stake
No fee on losing bets
No hidden fees beyond the stated 3%
Gas fees are separate and paid to the blockchain network
8. Game Results
Game results are set by authorized operators:
Results are based on official match outcomes
Operator decisions are final
We are not responsible for incorrect result reporting
No refunds for disputed results
9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Pause or terminate the Service at any time
Block access to the web interface (smart contracts remain on-chain)
Modify these Terms with or without notice
Note: Even if the web interface is terminated, smart contracts will continue to operate on the blockchain, and you can interact with them directly.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the operators are located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through:

Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
No class action lawsuits
